final disposal at the admission stage itself.

consequently direct the 1st respondent to issue the Death Certificate within a time that may be fixed by this Court.
Since he is an illiterate, he could not register the death of his wife at that time. While so, on 30.07.2024, when the petitioner made an application to the first respondent for issuance of death certificate as per Rule 9(3) of the Tamil Nadu Registration of Births and Deaths Rules, 2000 and G.O.Ms.No.324 Revenue and Disaster Management Department dated 28.06.2023. However, the said certificate has not been given so far. 2/4
