Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents No.1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.09.2015 so as to eliminate the risk of personal injury to the petitioner and to his property due to unsafe routing of the overhead electrical supply Three Phase Pole Lines crossing over the petitioner's house premises at Door No.390E/1, Consumer No.07-286-004-571 situated at Vignesh Kalyana Mandapam Street, Asilapuram, Cholapuram Post, Rajapalayam Taluk, Virudhunagar District by restoring to original routing to ensure adequate safety precautions to the petitioner's house premises in transmitting the electrical supply safe in all respects and conforms to the safety precautions stipulated in Section 53 of the Indian Electricity Act, 2008 and Tamil Nadu Electricity Distribution Code dated 21.07.2004.
