ORDER
The order under challenge is an order passed by the second respondent addressing the first respondent not to grant any service connection to the property in D.No.77A in S.No.503/1B bearing Assessment Nos.866 and 908 at K.Mayiladumparai Village, Andipatti Taluk, Theni District.
that the service connection had earlier been given to the said property with the said assessments as early as in the year 2010. Pursuant to the order passed by the second respondent, the same had been disconnected. However, the said connection has also been restored pursuant to the directions given in the instant writ petition.
