market that they would be provided shops in the new market, but in the list that was released on 15.07.2021 only vegetable vendors who were running the shops at that time, that the petitioner's name was shown in serial No.31, but in the subsequent list released on 17.08.2021, her name was deleted and thereby deprived her right to participate in the 'kulukkal' scheduled on 02.09.2021.
