This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 27.04.2019, thereby the Cardiology Department of the petitioner Hospital
was suspended for a period of three months from carrying out any procedures under CMCHIS.

2.Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned
this Court has granted an order of interim stay of the order impugned in this writ petition in favour of the petitioner. He further submits that now the petitioner Hospital is itself removed from the network hospital under
the third respondent Insurance Company.
3.In view of the above submission, nothing remains to be considered further in this matter. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
