Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first to fifth respondents herein to ensure the participation of the petitioner and 14 other family members in the Sebasthiyar Church festival of Mukilthagam Village, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District scheduled on 01.05.2024 and consequently direct the first to fifth respondents herein to take appropriate action against the respondents 6 to 13 on the basis of the representation dated 10.04.2024 in accordance with law within the time stipulated.
