This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the
Thasildar, Thiruparankundram Taluk not to survey the land in R.S.No. 413/4A, R.S.No. 413/4B and R.S.No. 413/5B to an extent
of 72 Cents situated at Palanganatham, Madakulam Village, Madurai.
2.When this writ petition was taken up for hearing on
29.01.2024 and 07.02.2024 there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, this writ petition was ordered to be listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.
3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that the revenue records for the

subject land stands in the name of the third respondent and survey has also been conducted.
