There is no representation for writ petitioner either in
the physical Court or on 'Videoconferencing' {'VC'} platform but Mr.V.Ravi, learned Special Government Pleader is before us in the physical Court. To be noted, this
is a hybrid hearing, which is a daily / regular / routine feature in this Court.
2. However, with the intention of giving an
opportunity to writ petitioner and learned counsel for writ
petitioner, list this matter tomorrow (14.11.2024) under the

cause list caption 'FOR DISMISSAL'.
2. Captioned matter is listed under the cause list caption 'FOR
DISMISSAL' but the position is no different today. To be noted, there

4. As the writ petitioner has not come forward to pursue the writ
petition in spite of sufficient opportunity being given, captioned WP is
