first respondent has considered the representation dated 12.02.2018 of the petitioner
and passed an order on 18.04.2018 and the same was communicated to the petitioner.
2 . Learned counsel for the petitioner also endorsed the same stating that
against the order dated 18.04.2018 of the first respondent, the petitioner also preferred an appeal before the appellate authority.
3 . In view of the above factual position, in our considered view, nothing
survives in this writ petition.
