This writ petition has been filed for direction to t he first and
second respondents to substitute the quarry license in the petitioner's
name from his father name, for quarrying rough stones in survey no.388 part, Bit B, to an extent of 1.58.0 hectares situated in Morattupalyam Village, Uthukuli Taluk, Tirupur till the license period over .
the respondents submitted that subsequent to the writ petition, the licence
has been transferred in the name of the petitioner till the lease period expired.
