ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction to consider the
representation submitted by the petitioner for revision of scale of pay.
from service on 29.08.2008. Now after a period of fourteen years the petitioner submitted representation for revision of scale of pay as per G.O.Ms.No.234/2009 dated 01.06.2009. That apart, the respondents submitted that as per the said Government Order, the petitioner was settled with all respective amount.
