PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India p raying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the second respondent Commissioner of Revenue Administration in Lr.No.Ser3(3)/42324/ 2013 dated 16.08.2021 insofar as paragraph 4(II) and (IV) are concerned and his consequential Let.No.Ser3(3)/4324/2013 dated 24.11.2021, quash the same and direct the first respondent to bring appropriate amendment to Annexure-III (ii) of the Special Rules for the Tamilnadu Revenue Subordinate Service in terms of the Order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 12.03.2019 in CA.No.251-256 of 2015 and further direct the respondents not to disturb the petitioners from their present position as Deputy Tahsildars.
