It is brought to our notice that instead of the photograph of the petitioner, her brother’s photograph has been affixed in the certificate. Thiru.Rajesh Lakhoni, I.A.S., Additional Chief Secretary/Commissioner of Revenue Administration, would state that the Certificate will have to be cancelled and a fresh certificate will be issued rectifying the error. The petitioner will resubmit the application along with the proper photograph to enable the Department to rectify the mistake and issue a proper certificate in favour of the petitioner.
