PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue Writ of Certiorarified Manadamus to call for the records relating to the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.J2/7088/2014 dated 06.01.2016 and Proc.No.J2/7088/2014 dated 13.01.2016 passed by the 1^st respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to fix the petitioner's name at appropriate place in promotion panel and promote the petitioner to the post of Assistant Executive Engineer with effect from the date of promotion of the petitioner's juniors with all monetary benefit.
