This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned notification
issued by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.3284/2014/A2 dated 31.12.2015 for appointment of Village Assistant.
was rejected on the ground that he was overaged during the relevant point of time. At the time of filing the application as per the notification the outer age limit was 35 years and even at the time of filing of the writ petition, the petitioner was aged 51 years and now he would be around 59 years. This being the factum, the petitioner was overaged even when the impugned order was passed. Thus there is no further scope for considering the relief sought for in the present writ petition and nothing survives for further adjudication.
