An order-in-original dated 29.12.2023 is assailed in the writ petition.

After the writ petition was filed, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an application dated 23.03.2024 for rectification of the aforesaid order was presented. He seeks the expeditious disposal thereof.

Mr.C.Harsha Raj, learned Additional Government Pleader, who appears for the respondents, submits that the said rectification application would be disposed of within a reasonable time.

In view of the above submissions, W.P.No.3736 of 2024 is disposed of by directing the 2^nd respondent to consider and dispose of rectification application dated 23.03.2024 in respect of order dated 29.12.2023, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy
