Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as far as the first prayer is concerned, the same was considered in detail by this Court while passing an order on 13.02.2019 and the second prayer is only consequential. Learned counsel for the petitioner as such seeks to withdraw the writ petition and seeks liberty to take up proceedings for framing of necessary guidelines.

In view of the aforesaid request made, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is for the petitioner to take steps with regard to the guidelines. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
