This Court by its earlier order dated 24.01.2020 has recorded the fact that the learned counsel for the petitioner has been repeatedly seeking
adjournments in this matter. It can now be inferred that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
