Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent Nos.1 to 5 to take action against the respondent Nos.6 to 14 from using the erstwhile Society in the name and style of 'Then Maavatta Maanattu Vakuppu Viswa Karma Uravin Murai Sangam' bearing Registration No.26/1983 which was cancelled by the District Registrar vide Tamilnadu Government Gazette dated 24.08.2005 thereby engaged in illegal activities such as collection of funds, subscription, charity funds, donation etc. from the members of our community in a deceiving manner to defraud and cheat them based on the representation dated 01.11.2019 and 24.01.2020 made by the petitioner.
