PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of impugned termination order in Na.Ka.No.1 of 2011 dated 25.11.2011 passed by the 4^th respondent herein and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 4^th respondent to give employment to the petitioner and reinstate with backwages, attendance benefits.
