The petitioner is a senior citizen and seeks a mandamus directing

the respondents being the officials of the Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation Limited (TANGEDCO) to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 29.01.2024. That representation prays for removal and replacement of 30 Feet High Voltage Electric Transformer which has been erected in front of the petitioner's house, situated at New No.52/1, Old No.45, Periyamalaiappan street, Royapettah, Dr.Besant Road, Chennai 14 and to shift the same to an alternate place.

2.Ms.Keerthana Shenoi, learned counsel for L.Jai Venkatesh, learned Standing Counsel who accepts notice for the respondents would accede to the receipt of the representation. She also states that the representation will be disposed at an early date. This is recorded.

3.Mandamus is issued to R3 to hear the petitioner and consider
