the impugned proceedings dated 19.07.2016. The learned senior counsel would pray that the respondent may be directed to consider the same in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders.

Considering the limited prayer, the petitioner is permitted to

submit his reply / representation. On receipt of such reply / representation, the respondent shall consider the same and pass orders on merits, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to state that all defenses that are available to
