Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS to call for the records to the proceedings of the 2nd Respondent in ROC No.7325/2014/MCA1 dated 17/12/2014 and the subsequent proceedings of 3rd Respondent in Na.Ka.No.C2/30415/2014 dated 24/12/2014 and to quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents to appoint the Petitioner in the post of Junior Assistant Cum Typist on regular basis from the date of acquiring the qualification in the year 2002 in the existing vacancies or as and when the vacancies available, on par with other similarly placed persons/juniors to the Petitioners given regular appointment in the post of Junior Assistant Cum Typist, with consequential and other attendant benefits including arrears of salary, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
