This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to

the petitioner submitted that a settlement has been arrived between the petitioner and the private respondents. In view of the same, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect.
