The writ petition is filed challenging the appointment of the fifth
respondent as sweeper in the third respondent Town Panchayat.
2 . Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 on instructions submitted that the fifth respondent had already died on 21.08.2017 and he has also produced a copy of the death certificate. Therefore, the relief sought for in the present writ petition has become infructuous .
3 . Recording the submission made by the learned Government
