This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the
respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner
seeking compensation of Rs.10 Lakh for the belated deposit made by the respondents.
1 & 2. There is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, this
Court is inclined to pass orders on merits.
NSC Bond with the first respondent. During COVID-19, the NSC Bond matured and there was a delay of 60 days. After adjusting the loan amount, the first respondent was making deposits. The first respondent was not able to run the bank due to COVID-19 pandemic circumstances. Therefore, there was a delay.
