of an extent of acre 0.85 cents (Hectares 0.34.42), in and out of acre 1.17 cents (Hectares 0.47.50), comprised in Old S.No.34/4C, New S.No.656/5, vide patta No.800, situated at Chikkarasampalayam Village, Sathyamangalam Taluk, Erode District, bounded on North by Irukalooran's Land; South by Sundaram's Land; East by Chinnaraj's Land; and West by Path leading North to South, along with a usual cart track path; lying within Registration District of Gobichettipalayam, and Sub-Registration District of Sathyamangalam, the petitioner derived the above said property through a registered Release Deed dated 16.12.2021, in Document No.8082/2021, registered at the office of SRO, Sathyamangalam.

2 . This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to survey the

petitioner's land comprised in Old Survey No.34/4C, New Survey No.656/5, situated at Chikkarasampalayam Village, Sathyamangalam Taluk, Erode District, by considering the petitioner's application dated 21.12.2023.

3 . Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Special

Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4 . The grievance of the petitioner is that he has given application

dated 21.12.2023 to survey the property and demarcate its boundaries in Old Survey No.34/4C, New Survey No.656/5, situated at Chikkarasampalayam Village, Sathyamangalam Taluk, Erode District . However, the same has not been considered by the respondents.

5 . Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 21.12.2023 and pass appropriate orders, for survey of the property and demarcate its boundaries, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
