PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Government of Tamil Nadu, namely the respondents 2 and 3 to regularize the petitioner's services as an Inspector attached to the Society of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals in exercising the petitioner powers under Section 13(3), 32 and 34 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 by fixing a pay scale on par with the salaries and benefits available to the Government servants attached to the Government of Tamil Nadu.
