the earlier Writ Petition in W.P.No.9394 of 2024 dated 10.04.2024.This Court after considering the earlier passed in this regard, issued direction to the concerned Regional Transport Officer. Similar orders can also be issued in the present case, since, the said order will ensure to the benefit of the petitioner also.
