This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to survey the land in survey No.253/1A1, 1A3A at Thoppur Village, Nallampalli Taluk with police protection and consequently direct the 1st respondent to effect the sub division of the same.

The petitioner submitted a representation on 13.10.2022 with a

request for surveying the petitioner's property, however, the same is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.

Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final

disposal at the admission stage itself.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.10.2022 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons on payment of requisite fees. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of
