Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the 4^th respondent Letter No.Ko/10/U.PO/thoosi/2018 dated 28.05.2018 and to quash the same and to direct the respondents to conduct auction that the lake will be used only for the purpose of fish passi as per G.O.No.16 Public Works (W2) Department dated 14.01.2011.

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 15.11.2024, there was

no representation for the petitioner and the matter was directed to be posted on 05.12.2024 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today there is no representation for the petitioner.

2.It is contended on behalf of the respondents that the petitioner has unfortunately died. The issue raised in the writ petition has also become infructuous since the impugned notice was to conduct auction every year and the notice was dated 28.05.2018 and subsequently may years have passed by.

3.In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
