This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to take expeditious action and remove the unauthorised flex banner / hoardings and temporary stone benches erected by blocking the way in front of the petitioner's house and shops constructed in R.S.No.138/57 and R.S.No.138/59 by considering her representation dated 04.03.2024.

4.In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent to carryout necessary shifting work of the flex banner / hoardings and temporary stone benches put up by the villagers in front of the petitioner's house and shops in R.S.No.138/57 and R.S.No.138/59 within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this
