This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to sub-divide the properties comprised in S.No.262/4 to an extent of 0.65 cents and in S.No.262/8 to an extent of 0.32 cents situated at Kadambur Village, Gangavalli Taluk, Salem District and issue separate patta to the petitioner, by considering his applications dated 28.11.2023, 28.12.2023 and 05.01.2024, within the time stipulated by this court.
Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent and perused the materials available on record.
