record for petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned 'Writ Petition' [hereinafter 'WP' for the sake of brevity] and 'Writ Miscellaneous Petitions' [hereinafter 'WMPs' for the sake of brevity] thereat inter alia as an order in earlier writ petition i.e., W.P.No.29973 of 2019 which has been referred to in the impugned order has not been placed before us. Learned counsel has made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned
