Read this order in continuation of and in conjunction with order dated
19.03.2024 reading thus:
'The petitioner states that he had appeared in response to the letter issued by the College, but the certificates were not returned. Instead the petitioner was asked to withdraw the writ petition.
2.Since the College has, rightly expressed its intention to return the certificates, the petitioner will approach R5 College (during working hours) on any working day, prior to the next date of hearing and the certificates shall be returned to him.
3.List on 27.03.2024 within top five matters in the regular list.'
