Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, direct the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct the enquiry on the representation given on 27.06.2023 and direct the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct the fresh meeting with the presence of all the pangalis (descendants) of the temple for appointing the trustees other than the respondents 4 to 7 and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
