Prayer in WP(MD). 16801/ 2014 : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 1st respondent's order in Na.Ka.No. C4/15178/2013 dated 22.07.2014 and set aside the same and consequently direct the respondents to pay appropriate amount to the petitioner for his entire paddy bags within a period stipulated by this Honourable Court.
