When the Writ Appeal is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing party-in-person submitted that the prayer sought for in the Writ Appeal has become infructuous and as such, the Writ Appeal become infructuous. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.In view of the above, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. There
is no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
