Court, Aarani, in confirming the judgment and decree passed in O.S. No.335 of 1990, dated 08.08.2003, on the file of the District Munsif, Polur.
for the appellant was not ready and the matter was ordered to be listed on 19.06.2024. Even on 19.06.2024, the learned counsel for the appellant
