This Petition has been filed under Sections 232 and 276 of the Indian Succession Act read with Order XXV Rule 5 of the Original Side Rules, seeking to grant of Letters of Administration.
2 . This petition has been filed for grant of Letters Administration in
respect of the estate of one A.G.Pushpa. The deceased A.G.Pushpa was married to Late A.Gopal and they had no issues. The said A.Gopal predeceased her on 08.11.2006, leaving behind her as the sole legal heir. The deceased A.G.Pushpa died on 18.05.2021. The petitioners are the Class-II legal heirs of the deceased A.G.Pushpa. The respondent is the brother of the A.G.Pushpa has no objection in granting the Letters of Administration to the petitioners. The deceased died intestate and though due and diligent search has been made for a Will, nothing has been found. There is no other kith or kin available than the petitioners. The amount of assets which is likely to come to the petitioners' hands does not exceed in the aggregate sum of Rs.37,10,709/- and the net amount of the said assets
