This application has been filed to grant leave to the applicants/plaintiffs to file reply statement to the counter claim filed by the defendants 1 and 3 in the above suit.
- The learned counsel appearing for the defendants 1 and 3 has submitted that he has given change of vakalat. Therefore, Registry is directed to print the name of the defendants 1 and 3 in the cause list.
- This Court, considering the averments made in the application, is of the view that if the counter claim has been raised by the respondent/defendant, it is for the applicants/plaintiffs to deny the same. In such view of the matter, this application is ordered and leave is granted to the applicants/plaintiffs to file reply statement to the counter claim filed by the defendants 1 and 3.
Post the matter on 14.02.2024 for framing issues.
