This original petition has been filed taking advantage of Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act,1925 read with Order XXV Rule 6 of O.S.Rules, seeking Succession Certificate with respect to the securities in the name of K.Ranganathan, who died intestate on 21.07.2019. The 1st petitioner hereby consent for the grant of Succession Certificate in favour of her sons the 2nd and 3rd petitioners herein. The details of the securities had been given in the schedule to the petition.
2.After following due procedure, the petitioners were invited to tender evidence. The 2nd petitioner, examined himself as PW-1 and also marked Exs.P1 to P23 which are document relating to share certificates.
