The property is situated outside the jurisdiction of this Court and suit has been filed for specific performance. If leave is granted, the plaintiff can never claim possession of the property. It would only be advisable that the plaintiff institutes the suit before the District Court at Thiruvallur.
- Issue notice to the 1 st and 2 nd respondents through Court and also privately returnable by 05.06.2024.
- Registry may delete the name of Mr.B.Divakaran and retain the name of Mr.Selvaraj as counsel for the applicant.
