The petitioner seeks probate of a Will executed by R.Ramakrishnan, the paternal uncle of the petitioner, who died on 10.09.2006. He had executed a Will on 24.06.2002.
under the Will. The wife of the deceased Sharadambal had died on 26.08.2015.

Additionally the petitioner also examined as PW-2 as one of the attesting witness, who identified the Will and also stated that at the time of execution, the testator was in a sound and disposing state of mind and also stated that the attestor and testator were present at that point of time. They all signed at the same time.
Taking the nature of evidence into consideration, this Original Petition stands allowed. The probate is granted in accordance with the rules.
