3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted that she has withdrawn

the complaint given to the respondents Police to trace out her husband, since her husband has return back home.
4.Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands dimissed.
