This application has been filed to amend the pleadings as per the schedule mentioned amendments.
2.The learned counsel for the respondent does not raise any objection for allowing the application and I have gone through the affidavit filed support of the application and I am satisfied with the reasons assigned therein. This application is allowed. Amendment shall be carried out and amended copy of the petition shall be filed within a period of two weeks.
