This application has been filed to amend the pleadings as per the schedule mentioned amendments.
2.This amendment application has been necessitated in view of the devolution of interest pending the suit. The learned counsel for the respondent fairly submits that she has no objection for allowing the application. This application is allowed. Amendment shall be carried out and amended copy of the petition shall be filed within two weeks.
