b) Directing the defendants to jointly and severally pay the plaintiff a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) towards actual reimbursement of medical expenses sustained due to the fall of ladder with interest at 24% per annum from the date of plaint till the date of realization.
