This application to receive the additional documents has been taken out by the learned counsel for the plaintiff.
2.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the application.
3.Though the respondents have certain reservations with regard to
the documents sought to be produced being irrelevant, all these issues can be agitated at the time of marking of the documents. The present application is only to receive the additional documents and I am satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the application. This application is allowed and the documents are received subject to the proof and relevancy.
