Plaint filed under Order IV Rule 1 of O.S. Rules read with Order VII Rule 1 of Civil Procedure Code praying for cancelling the sale deed dated 27.11.2008 executed in favour of the defendants 1 and 2 by the plaintiffs 2 to 15 through the first plaintiff registered as Document No.7396 of 2008 on the file of the Joint Sub Registrar, South Chennai as one obtained without consideration and cancel the sale deed dated 13.03.2009 executed in favour of the defendants 1 and 2 by the plaintiffs 16 to 20 through the first plaintiff registered as Document No.1041 of 2009 on the file of the Joint Sub Registrar, South Chennai as one obtained without consideration.

JUDGMENT
